"I was locked out of my room from midnight until almost 5am because i couldn't get a room key made because there was noone there even answering the phone. Had my kids been with me and i couldnt get to them bc I couldn't get a room key made.....could easily happen with staff nowhere in sight for majority of the night"

"There is a rooster (no joke) that walks around the parking lot around 4-5am everyday that crows for 30 minutes or more straight-- very loudly. My room was not updated like the pictures show, old beds, nasty carpet ugly repainted cabinets etc.., not very clean( i bought Lysol for everything and wore flip flops in the shower) You get 2 towels, 1 roll of toilet paper and you cannot get more no matter how long you stay. Just a note i was not aware how "extended hotels" work so that is my ignorance...
