"We booked two family rooms — the rooms were huge, and we loved that part. But one room had a toilet issue (we found a croak twice), and the other room’s hot water wasn’t hot enough. So we ended up sharing one bathroom, and that pretty much solved the problem. And mosquito ..... but that typical in Tropical Country. Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was always cold, and the menu barely changed — we stayed for seven days, so we noticed it. The staff were lovely, the building is beautiful, and the cleaners were awesome. On our last day, they forgot to give us a bath mat — lol — but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, despite the small hiccups, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. And thank you for the suprise...it was awesome"
