"We enjoyed a relaxing few days here and loved it "

"Loved EVERYTHING about this resort!! We went for our honeymoon! We checked in late (around 8pm), but the staff were still so energized, enthusiastic, and welcoming. Indonesia is super hot and humid, and they gave us this tamarind drink that was very refreshing. They upgraded our room, gave us 2 free drinks and appetizers, and had dessert waiting for us in our room. The room was beautifully decorated and super clean. We drink a lot of water, and they ALWAYS replenished the water bottles in our room. Every single staff member was so sweet and so kind. Especially the concierge Perdi, who was INCREDIBLY helpful throughout our stay. He helped us with our luggages to the 4th floor (no elevator), gave us contacts for drivers, snorkeling tour guides, and much more. The beach was nice, the pool was even better! Very family-friendly but also had a swim-up bar. Bartenders and servers were super attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner menus was amazing. I loved trying all the Indonesian cuisine, and my husband loved that they also had western options. Lastly, the property was very well maintained. The coconut trees, all the beautiful flowers, geckos, baby sea turtles, and butterflies all felt very authentically Indonesian. We had the BEST time and cant wait to come back! "

"The location was perfect, close to the shopping area and Restaurants. The beach was literally in front of the hotel, you need just to cross the road and are arrived. The hotel is a nice building, our twin room was very big. However, unfortunately, none speaks English or understand it. It has been so difficult even to ask simple questions or ordering a Cappuccino. The bath towels were always stained and the drain in the shower wasnt working properly, so during and at the end of a shower most of the water was still on the shower floor. I truly suggest to improve those things because the hotel has a lot of potential. "

"Gorgeous hotel. Beautifully designed and a little oasis. Lovely charming staff. Rooms are spotless, minimalist and tasteful. We were in one of the bungalows and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was fabulous. The pool was great. Just big enough and a lovely design, warm, sunbeds and umbrellas around it, towels provided. Breakfast was very good and we ate in the restaurant a couple of nights and it was very tasty. The area around is partly village / partly scrubland. The hotel organised scooters for us. It was 5 mins to SELONG Belanak beach and about 30mins to kuta. You can walk to a couple of eateries a few minutes down the road. "

"Amazing stay! The room was very comfortable (the fancy shower is a plus). We ended up eating at the restaurant most of the time as it was great. The breakfast is super high quality, with home made bread, fresh fruits, great coffee, juice, and many options…the pools are both fine. The staff is really nice and willing to help. Would book again! "Pros... Staff and service. Views are wonderful. Pools, lounging chairs. Beach access was not busy. Breakfast was included and many options. Nice place to walk around. Loved the pool villa with a private swimming area. Cons... Rooms were very nice but somethings were a bit dated/didnt work well (locks, doors). Sewer smell coming up from the toilet and shower drain. Loved the stay overall! Great staff and location. Would come back again."
