"Parking ridiculous,no wifi in room ,had to reserve diningim an empty restaurant made no sense ,we drove to Jardim do mar for dinner .
Asked about an iron for clothes and got biggest attitude from personell!
Spacious room and was clean ,shower worked well no issues!

"We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel in Ponta Do Sol. Felt like a resort! Gorgeous grounds, pool and spa. Many spaces to sit and enjoy a drink. The views are exceptional throughout the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and offered a great variety. We highly recommend a stay here if visiting PDS"

"Everything was top notch. The property is fantastic, our room was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was wonderful. We stayed for dinner one evening and service and food was fantastic. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Our only challenge was navigating parking on a very steep hill - but this is true of many places on Madeira. "
