"Beautiful hotel. Pristine inside and out. Staff pleasant to deal with and can easily be contacted via WhatsApp during out of hours. Superior Room big enough for two children and two adults. Quality, solid furniture and a gorgeously fitted kitchen with integrated dish washer and induction hob made it a pleasure to cook during the downtime after exploring. "The front reception was empty most of the time. I had to wait on the street before check out. The staff behaved nicely though. Room was very poorly equipped and decorated. It didn't look like on the photos. I felt I was overcharged for this stay. On the last day the toilet broke but it was repaired within 7hours when I was visiting the city. The location was good, close to Citta Alta and the gallery. In overall I would not recommend this hotel."
