"The staff were excellent. Professional and friendly. The corridor could do with a freshen up but the room was great. Very clean. Great welcome pack as in biscuits, croissants in packets, tea coffee and a fridge. It was great to have a small area downstairs with drinks making area and the main hotel next door had the same with the addition if pastries. Free wifi. This hotel was a great find and I would definitely go back. "

"Everything was very clean, and the room was lovely with a perfect canal view. The location is excellent—just a one-minute walk from the bus stop, which saved me from a lot of walking. Both the service and breakfast were wonderful. You walk to the next building for breakfast, but it only takes a minute. It is definitely worth staying here."
