"We arrived at 5 pm. Although check in was at 3 we still had to wait for our room to be ready.
The property was beautiful. There was a piano player outdoors in the evening that was fantastic. Location was great. Beds very comfortable.
Think the service could have been better at breakfast. Never received requested 2nd cup of coffee."

"Villa Reverie is gorgeous. Aspect looking out across Lake Como is fabulous. Staff are excellent. Customer service exceptional. Would we go again - absolutely. Highly recommend.
Having emailed prior to our stay we were collected from the train station by the villa’s shuttle. 2 minute drive (if that). 6minute walk.
Welcome on arrival was great. Staff speak good English. Welcome glass of Prosecco (other drinks probably available - but they got us at “Prosecco”). Bags were deposited in our room...

"I have to first start saying that Matteo, was very resourceful and helpful. When I we arrived one of our rooms was super stinky, 😭 I mean smell awful. "Das renovierte Zimmer war super sauber und recht modern. Das beste die Klimaanlage.
Personal war immer recht freundlich und bemüht.
Frühstück sehr sehr einfach, aber gut.
Das beste war der direkte Zugang zum See. Liegen waren auch gut zu bekommen. Es geht zwar an den Liegen am See ein öffentlicher Weg vorbei, das aber kaum ein Problem ist.
Was besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel mega Hundefreundlich ist. Man kann den Hund zum Essen und direkt an die Liegen an den See mitnehmen.
