You have to specifically ask / indicate you want your room cleaned, the tv was difficult to navigate and lacked various apps you would typically have available, I wasn’t able to readily locate the WiFi password, and there was a man’s hair in the bathtub before we used it. "We were booked in a one bedroom suite. Our room was on the fourth floor facing the very busy street. When we went to sleep it was unbelievably noisy. Almost like there was no wall or window between us and the VERY busy street in front of the hotel. The next morning we got moved to the first floor suite which also faced the same road. "The morning front desk clerk was really nice and helpful as well as the kitchen staff. Getting fresh towels was a bit of a hassle for some reason however. The rooms were clean and well maintained."

"Property was clean with close Proximity to stores and dining. Suites were a good size and comfortable. Chlorine seemed to irritate my kids skin in the pool, likely because it’s indoors. Aside from that, we had a lovely stay with no complaints."
