I booked and paid online, nonrefundable. I saw a charge and got a welcome email. The email stated check in was 3pm and we would get a 2nd email that day as soon as room was ready. We got there at 2pm. No office on site, hardly any cars, buildings looked a bit run down, but grass was recently manicured so I was hopeful yet worried. No one was there cleaning so I would have expected to get the code as stated in email "as soon as it was ready ". I called the office number, got voicemail and left message. At 3pm, we got our message and code. More guests arrived confused as to how to get in and we told them they should have an email. One went to spam, another had no phone service and couldn't get emails. Finally they got someone from office to call them back. Rooms inside were updated and clean. The stay was enjoyable but the check in needs improvement and the outside of buildings need a facelift. I wouldn't mind going again.
