"The bathroom had holes in the ceiling from water damage and didn’t look anything like the pictures that were online when I booked the room. The freezer needed to be defrosted, the latch lock on the door was coming off and it was really hard to open the door. I was afraid we were going to get locked out. The bagels were stale, the waffles were good that I made. Staff was very nice and friendly."
