"We came here with 6 guys for a golf tournament and it was great for the price! Very clean, great staff, comfortable beds, but the gym was absolutely tiny. You can only fit 3 people in there at the same time at most. A few of us loved the breakfast, and a few thought it was more mediocore. But I would still stay here again honestly!"

"The hotel was lovely. Clean and up to date with all modern necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I am disabled and had an accessibility room. The room, hallways, and elevators are actually accessible, not just in name but actually in function."

"Simple but clean at the time we stayed and breakfast had a few choices waffles yougurt, bread, bananas and mini doughnuts. Coffee a little weak but there was fresh miñk which was nice. The place was quiet and perfect for me sand my sons stay"

"The property is recently renovated and is very clean and pleasant. We had the breakfast every morning and the woman managing the area was super nice and helpful and a very happy person. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful during our entire stay. Our only complaint was the firmness of the mattress in our room and the staff was quick to provide a mattress topper, which made a significant difference in the comfort level. I would definitely stay here again! "

"The Lodge at Cliff Castle Casino is very run down. It's the original hotel and is in serious disrepair, no staff on the premises, no working ice/vending machines. Flooring is coming up due to age. Sliding glass patio door only had small locking mechanism at the 'opening' side, on the stationary side of sliding glass patio door there was a bar to prevent entry when engaged. Once lifted the locking bracket fell due to one lone screw holding it in place. Location feels very unsafe. I cannot...

"We had to have the direct TV box replaced because it kept losing signal. The ironing board supplied by the hotel was bent and unusable. When the maids cleaned the room they forgot to replace the coffee pouches. It's a clean facility but it has ageing interior items."

"We stayed in the Aspen. It was nice to have the small kitchen area with a sink, microwave, small refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. Dishes and silverware were not provided but he had brought paper plates, silverware, napkins, etc. The bed was comfortable, bathroom is nice, shower worked well. There is enough storage space in the bedroom and bathroom for your belongings. We enjoyed are stay there and will return again."

"The breakfast was not a breakfast at all. Old donuts, some muffins but the coffee station was completely broken and not working at all. Nothing to eat but a mini blueberry muffin or a stale donut. Horrible breakfast. Bed was comfortable but the whole lobby smelled like smoke and the card I used to pay for the room in person for 'incendentals"was hacked a couple days later and was not used anywhere else so I era it was NOT a great experience. "The staff took my id upon check in and didn’t return it. Due to exhaustion I didnt realize until after we had left town. Now I am without a license traveling. The pictures of this hotel are plus 10 years old at least the room was very outdated, paper thin walls, creaky floors and half working air conditioning. Will not ever stay here again"
