"Des puces de lit ont été retrouvés dans la chambre. Un changement de chambre a eu lieu mais aucunes excuses n’a été formalisé. Je trouve ça vraiment dommage étant donné que j’ai choisi cet hôtel en pensant faire le choix de la qualité. Autre point, la caution de 300€, je n’ai jamais eu à faire à ce type de transaction pour un hôtel, une prise d’empreinte de la carte oui, mais un bloquage de ce montant non. Je n’ai pas été mis au courant avant la réservation, et que de choisir d’utiliser mon Amex...
