"We have stayed here several times and we are always pleased. The stay was equally as good this time, however, we paid for a walk in shower room and were provided a room with a tub. I messaged the hotel through Expedia but have not heard from them. I am slightly disappointed this time around."

"The pictures are deceiving. The entrance is as pictured and if quite nice. But once you get past that area it’s not so nice. The hallways and rooms are dark and dreary. We got to our room and was Instantly disappointed the room was small my daughter and I could hold hands from the 2 separate beds. But we said it’s one night we will deal with it. About 1-2 hours later my daughter pulled down the bedding and the sheet was covered in mold and trace of blood. That was a wrap for us. We ended up...

"The picture that was showed online did not match what we saw. We waited in lobby to check in and nobody was there so we left. The place looked run down and not kept up maintenance wise."

"This hotel is my go to. It’s always clean, everyone is professional, love the addition of the Starbucks. Not to mention my room got upgraded to a balcony room for no reason at all. Great stay overall, as always. "
