One of the worst experience with overnight stay. The building isn't heated and the baseboard heater isn't efficient and took more than three hours to get the room to a normal temperature. The room was smelly and worst level of cleanness i have ever had. The property should be out of service. I am not sure how expedia is listing a property this level???

Rooms didn't have carpet, so there was a 1.25" gap under the doors, so every sound in the hallway comes in. No crib or pack n play available, though it was advertised as available. The kicker was "breakfast". Pop tarts and oatmeal, though no hot water available. Looked like there were eggs available at some point, but none when we went there, or while we sat waiting. Room was fairly clean, and beds were comfy, if a little small.

Accidentally booked wrong day wasn’t needing our booking till a year out got ahold of my travel agent to fix our issue and although it was business hours no one at front desk would answer us so now I’m being charged for a stay I can’t even enjoy please fix this asap

I remember when a Wyndham hotel was an fancy place to stay. I'm a budget traveler, but I check comments before I book. This place seemed OK for the price. I will start off by saying the lobby and the inside of the room was very clean, but that is about it. Lots of reno is needed. The tub was fallling apart and the counter was very low and just the doors to the rooms made the place not look good. They have updated some things in the room. I feel like people live there. I'm not a very picky person, but this place was a bit scary. The breakfast was well stocked, but just continental. Enough that you don't have to go out for breakfast. When we went out to eat dinner and came back, there was a girl sitting in her car the whole time. Kind of left a bad impression of who she was waiting for. I would not stay here again. I stayed at another days in a few years ago and it was 1,000 worse than this one. I just don't understand what Wyndham is doing.

When we arrived we were greeted by someone who never even looked at me. Took my license but didn’t even ask for my card. When we talked it was so low you couldn’t hear him, when I asked to repeat - he was very annoyed. We were put in a room at the back of the hotel. There were no secure doors to the hotel. When you walked in the hotel smelled of smoke, that’s not even going into the room. Once we entered the room, it was dirty - floors were dirty, there were 2 of us staying there - we had 1 towel not each - in total. There was no garbage, the fridge had not been washed in I don’t know how long. Finally because we were only staying for one night, we were getting ready to go to bed and out walked a cockroach, on the ceiling. Then as I’m turning on the heater underneath it was someone’s lighter that they left. Then in the morning there was supposed to be a continental breakfast - sure … there was stale pop tarts, donuts thrown on the table under a glass dome. And the yoghurt was just laying on the table that were not even cold. This is the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel EVER and will not be returning back.

I just finished up with a double shift and was very tried. Check in was good,But my king room was not ready so they gave me a double bed room. the man at the desk was nice. After I got into the room I started to get a weird headache Thought it was from working, layed down for about 2 and 1/2 hours. Noticed a weird odor. I started to look around at the room and know that I could not stay there. So I book another room right down the street at the Belmont. Nice clean room no odor. I did not ask for my money back, but I should be compensated. The man at the desk said to me when I gave him the room key."checking out already" I said you I can not stay in that room it is giving me a headache. He said after 5 hours you got a headache and you think that the room is dirty. I said yes...Handed him the room key and left. You should go to your hotels and spend a night to see what the places are really like when I moved the one pillow it was stuck to the headboard from the diy of the headboard, that was special
