"Being on the first floor, you can hear a lot of noise from the people above you and they were shutting drawers until ten at night. The beds were outdated and sagged in the middle, it needs a good update. It is def one of the better places i have stayed in for the price."

"The only problem we had was the unit next to ours had a low battery so it kept chirping every 60 seconds and could be heard both inside our unit and outside as well. I did mention it but nothing was done so we had to try to sleep with the tv on all night to block the sound."

"Josh was kind and helpful checking us in, even though we arrived late at night. Parking was a breeze, well lit and very close to the room. Everything is well kept and very clean. We slept well. All were quiet. How nice it was to have three large towels instead of the usual two. I didn’t have to use my husband‘s wet towel for my hair! We were so comfortable and appreciated our stay. He went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. The hot tub is a luxurious perk and the home feels private even with other guests. The location is convenient for exploring the Catskills. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s a 10/10."
