"Misleading star rating (not a three star) and Do not recommend! Room was not well cleaned (old hair everywhere, generally dirty, broken toilet etc). The front desk staff was nice and food was good but restaurant’s servers were discriminatory and misinformed about ADA protections for service dogs. Hotel room was way too expensive, dirty, and definitely WAS NOT a three start hotel."

"We stay here often - love the outdoor pool to rewind after driving and this last visit made a few treks around the walking trail around the pond. Left my phone charger there and they were able to find it and send it back to me. We had a king room and liked the extra-long, reclined type chair."

"Pool is small but enough to cool you down. I almost got locked in the bathroom. The door was not lock but we couldn’t get it open!!! I let the front desk know it took 2 people pushing to get the door open. Also pets are allowed but you cannot leave them alone in the room. There is no breakfast either which I knew none of this until I was at the hotel. It’s not posted anywhere."
