"Great place to stay with family."

"Everything is really good including the price but getting from the arrivals hall to the hotel is difficult. I definitely needed some locals help and when I asked how far to walk, three separate people working there - at different times when I asked - said “Shheewww”. I.e. it’s a fair walk especially with bags etc. All in all, great value for money if you can deal with 500+ metre walk up and and escalators, walkways, around bends, etc.."

"Hotel is equivalent of a motel 6 in USA. Walls have water damage. I personally found it disgusting for a 3 star hotel to be this dirty"

"The staff were completely welcoming and having a restaurant on site was very beneficial. The only issue I had was that we were told that breakfast was not included in outlet stay, but we quickly pointed out using the Expedia app, that yes, we paid for that. Every time that I went in for breakfast, I had to show the Expedia confirmation- this was annoying because the check in person told us that this would be communicated in the. The hotel told us that the issue was with the booking agency, so...
