The hotel is very conveniently located right on the shoreline of the Chiemsee & near the boats that ferry to the castle island. There is also a really good steakhouse (Maximillian) connected to the hotel. The beds & pillows are the most comfortable we've had in Germany. If you're staying in Prien am Chiemsee, this is the best!

Helpful and friendly staff

We were here during the big snow storm that hit Munich. The hotel was helpful in calling to see if the market was open on the island and giving us suggestions of things to do. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. We had dinner at the steakhouse downstairs and the restaurant near the Schiller Cafe. Both were delicious.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We were warmly welcomed by the staff. Offered great recommendations for shopping and dining. You can't beat the location. 5 minute walk to the ferry to Frauen and Herren Chiemsee. Loved that they had a huge parking area. Never had to worry about not having parking space. The room was phenomenal. Very modern and clean. Our terrace was wonderful with a lake view. Great sized bathroom. Will definitely return to stay here.

Fantastic location, super helpful staff, incredible lake view, Out of this world breakfast and amazing flexibility in meeting our needs. The hotel is one of the closest to the lake and boats and ferries to Herrenchiemsee and all there is to see on the lake.

Wunderschön gelegen direkt am Chiemsee mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Herreninsel. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber, das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt!

Schlechte Informationen über das gebuchte Zimmer

Gebucht wurde Classic-Doppelzimmer mit Balkon! Das es ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick ist, war nicht vermerkt. Das Zimmer lag direkt über der Ladezone und Küche des Hotels. Sehr früh, sehr laut durch Warenanlieferungen! Teilweise Geruchsbelästigungen durch die darunter liegende Küche!
