Huge shout out to Marvin (our shuttle driver), the kind older gentleman who does maintenance, the sweet young guy in housekeeping and all the wonderful ladies at the front desk. "I loved the ocean view from my room and the sound of the waves. I was extremely busy during my trip and wished I had had more time to relax on the room's porch. Island Beach vibe. Room could use a few minor updates but I was happy with it. The two things I wished for was- 1. A gate on the spiral staircase leading directly up my room's terrace from the main floor (Other guests walked up out of curiosity a few times and it was a bit uncomfortable) Perhaps a rope at the bottom of the stairs...

He came in on a late flight and decided to get something to eat before checking in. upon arrival, he was told there was no reservation in the system for him, despite him showing his confirmation number and despite me also speaking to the front desk agent and providing the confirmation. "Its was wonderful. The staff is vey kind and knowledgeable. The food was delicious. Did not go in the pool. But is beautiful to look at . There was some outside noise that may be can be controlled by signs. No complaints otherwise. Beautiful historic boutique hotel. "
