"Check in was at 4pm. We arrived at 5 pm checked in and went up to our room. Our room was not cleaned. The blanket was on the couch, no sheets on the bed. No trash liners, no towels etc. We had already taken all our things up to the room. We were on our way to a concert, we went to the front desk and told them. They said it would be done, to go to the concert. We came back at midnight and our room was not done. We were exhausted and just wanted to get cleaned up and go to bed. They made us get all our things bring it all downstairs. They changed us to a handicap room, we had to drag all our things back up to a new room. The room was not really set up well for us and we were exhausted to be going through all that. They didn't offer to comp us, to make up for the awful experience."
