"Several issues with TV and the late room service cleaning."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE. Photos are extremely deceiving and incorrect. Ceiling in hallways are falling down due to water leaks, room numbers and written in sharpie, hallway floors are bubbled up and crooked. We barely got the door open and had to immediately turn around and ask for a refund. The room reaked of cat piss and mice urine. The front desk is not open and hasn’t been for years according to the girl at the front desk of the Quality Inn which is where you have to check in. DO NOT BOOK...

"Room was clean and adequately cleaned daily. Some street noise due to location off busy road. Front desk staff lacked personality and was less than welcoming. I arrived prior to check in and made it known I had no expectations of getting a room. The clerk said few words including a couple under his breath. He tossed my ID and credit card back through the window and room key shortly there after. I had to ask for the room number and was not given any info on the lay of the property. "
