"Everything was great. Rooms very clean had a problem with the TV but they fixed it immediately air conditioning system work well staff was great did not do breakfast"

"Our bed was wet. We stayed for a family event nearby and made it back to the hotel past midnight, I could not sleep all night. We have stayed in many hotels in south florida and never had this issue before. I mentioned to the front desk person while checking out the next day, and he said it was common since Florida is very humid! I have been in Florida most of my life, I know how florida is, bedding does not normally just "get wet"."

"The property does need to refurbished. The elevators take forever to come when called, long to open and close and is slow to move. There were no phones in the room. The wifi service was spotty. There's definitely a ways to go for this property to be on par with the other La Quintas I've stayed at. The lady at the front desk was verrryyy nice and helpful though."

"Super close to the airport and they offer long term parking for half the price as the airport with a free shuttle. Super convenient."

"This was a full one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. All the basics such as pans and dishes were provided enabling easy use of the kitchen. The entire apartment was spotless and there were two large closets, one in the bedroom and one in the living room where there is a fold out bed. Four could easily sleep in this apartment. Excellent location with easy access to downtown. You get a parking spot that has the same number as your apartment."

"Pros: Overall good place to stay. To us it felt central to Miami, or atleast for what we were there for. There was direct access to highways and expressways. Food just down the street and we always had a place to park our rental car. The laundry in the building was convenient and easy to pay for. Building felt secure and the other residents always greeted us with a smile and a cheerful hello. Cons: We had an issue with the kitchen drain and the shower drain. The garbage disposal didn’t work....

"The pool was amazing reminded me of a old hollywood pool from back in the days. Property was well kept"

"Well for starters no one was there to let me in when I arrived waited 30 min and then a neighbor told me it wasn’t the first time that happened.. I was very upset no answer when calling .. I tried a few times .. no response to email.. I say go somewhere else cheap or not they rob you refunds aren’t an option."

"I checked out over 2 weeks now and cannot get back my security deposit!!! The customer service is terrible. I called front desk and before they even took my complaint, they had me on hold for over 5 minutes. I was calling from overseas. To date, I have not gotten back my refund!!!"
