"Even though it was only a 2 story building and being a bit older it was hard to pull our luggage up and down the stairs and the so called “buffet” breakfast was terrible. It was basically a bad continental breakfast. The potatoes and eggs were way way over cooked come like rubber. The pastries were set out had frozen. I would choose a different airport hotel next time."

"Whenever we need to travel to Miami for family events/visits, we stay at the Best Western in North Miami Beach. The staff is friendly, helpful, professional. Lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very convenient and great rate."

"After a 5 hour drive and exhausted, looking forward to a restful night, dragged suitcases upstairs because elevators were not working, had to go downstairs twice because door key didn’t work, asked for two extra towels and they only had one left, went to the car to get my phone charger and was surrounded by kids asking for money, walked around the corner of hotel and realized it was not a safe neighborhood, had to take stairs up again dragged suitcases and family (including my 86 yo mom) downstairs, returned the key and left. Had to look for another hotel and finally checked in at midnight"
