"I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about. There was no mold smell, the room was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and communicated with us every day. They made sure we had enough towels and asked how our stay was going to ensure there were no issues. We stayed in the room with the two twin bunk beds and the queen bed, and while it is definitely tighter than your average hotel room, the two of us had enough room to move around. "This is hands down the worse hotel I have stayed at. Property smelled like dog/human piss and weed all down the hallways. Rooms have questionable fluids on the walls. Wall a/c was terrible even after changing rooms from one that the a/c was just a fan. I don't know how anyone trusted this hotel with the free breakfast they offered. If they dont maintain their rooms why do you think their kitchens are clean. Elevators were dirty and shook anytime you stepped in them. Tv also didn't work, played...

"The shuttle is shared with sister hotels. From the airport to the hotel, the wait wasn’t terrible. The shuttle from the hotel to the cruise pier was a mess. I was asked to switch my time and when arriving at the sister hotel was told that MY hotel couldn’t do that and they had no idea what was going on. The man was rude and very unhelpful.
