"I had a disappointing experience at this property. The staff were unprofessional and not helpful at all. I spent two days going back and forth trying to resolve an issue, and when I asked for a refund, they were unresponsive and acted like they didn’t understand the situation. I only stayed one night because of how frustrating the experience was. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you expect good customer service or support when issues arise."

"First off when I booked I verified 3 times that the shuttle from the airport was handicapped accessible. Not even close. Was stuck at airport until I had to arrange taxi to get me to Ramada Breakfast was not included. Had to pay $13. Two of the check-in staff were not very friendly. Had a little bit of attitude. 1st room was to be accessible. Not so much. Very small to navigate scooter through room Had to arrange for UBER to take me to Port of Miami 2nd night bigger room but shower was falling apart On departure to airport had to call another accessible taxi "
