It turned our trip around completely. ​We were so relieved when the reception team welcomed us and allowed us to check in early. It made a huge difference to be able to settle in and start relaxing right away. ​The housekeeping was also top-notch. The lady in charge of our floor was lovely and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
