"The actual unit is very nice and very clean! Lots of small appliances and kitchen utensils perfect for use. Everything was clean and organized. Some of the appliances didn't work however. The microwave wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else i used worked as expected. Check in was a nightmare! The host was very rude and unhelpful. I had to rely on expedia's chat system with Hala Tysons to get my check in information. The website with the checkin information is so poorly developed...

"The apartment and location were excellent. Bedding was comfortable, and apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4 who needs our own sleep space when traveling! Our only complaint was that the TVs weren’t working. The one in the living room was supposed to be a Roku tv, but would never connect to the internet. "This was so disappointing. This was my first time in Washington and the reason I chose this hotel was because of the location and that we would have an apartment. Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean and we didn't feel comfortable. There were a few doors on the wardrobes which we nearly falling off. The bed sheets didn't look clean. "Beautiful apartment in great location. It's in the middle of Tyson's, close to everything, yet in a quiet location. There is a Whole Foods, restaurants, and other offerings right outside the door. Highly recommend!"
