"Room smelled like mold, when I went to desk they changed my room. Airport shuttle only runs hourly, don't miss it, Very inconvenient. No elevator to use. I wouldn't stay here again."

"Extremely disappointed at the overall experience. The only positive thing we can say is we were able to get into the room early to leave our luggage. Upon entering, I saw that the floor was absolutely filthy, there were dusty shoe prints all over, hair from previous guests and stains. There were questionable stains on the bedding and bizarrely enough there was a bottle of hand soap instead of shampoo. I told one of the cleaning staff and she told me it was not a room assigned to her, so pretty much like "tough to be you" so of course I told the front staff and he said he'd look into it. We left for at least 6 hours and when we came back it was still dirty. It was also very noisy thanks to the lack of insonorisation, not to mention a very loud drunken argument breaking out right next door that night while we were trying to get our 2 year old son to sleep. There is no way we would ever recommend this place, especially at the inflated price thanks to the F1. We only chose it because there were no reasonably priced hotels available but still, this was shameful."

"Hablan español. Personal muy amable y servicial. Queda cerca de todo caminando. Nos quedamos una noche para irnos al crucero. Me quede en una suite son muy cómodas. Excelente ubicación para moverse a pie o en Uber si prefieres. Pagamos $10.00 en Uber para llevarnos al puerto de crucero y $44.00 del crucero al aeropuerto. Los cuales el costo se dividió entre 4 personas."
