"The location of the hotel is beautiful and is right on the beach. It isn’t a swimming beach though but beautiful nonetheless. There is no onsite dining options but there are lots of restaurants and other options nearby. The staff were friendly but the rooms were extremely outdated. The mattresses were not underneath a box spring and I woke up sore almost everyday. The most annoying part is that I booked the trip through Expedia and paid for two queen beds with a card view. "The overall stay would rate a D-
The beginning was the worst part. They seemed to not have us registered?? Not sure but they had us take a seat and then took over 20 minutes to check in and we got there at 5:30pm. Check in is at 4pm.
Once we got our keys and went up and tv was blasting a kids show and doors were open. Brought up the concerns to the folks at the front and didn’t seem to care nor offered anything besides we “checked it out and everything is fine”. We asked for a different room...
