"Excellent bar and fitness room. The property is not maintained properly. Had electricity (lighting going on and off) issues in the room, but since I stayed very shortly for 1 night, I did not bring it up. In addition, most of the international channels on TV are not really working (they are there, but there is no service)."

"Terrific location for visiting Munich. Walking distance to Old Town and right across the street from a great park. Also, lot os great places to eat nearby."

"This is truly a 5-star hotel. Check in and check out were smooth. Room was clean and service is above par. Fruit basket (strawberries were heavenly) and chocolates as welcome gifts and daily refill on mini-bar (good selection of drinks and a special beer from Stuttgart—for those beer aficionados) are nice, thoughtful touches. As we had a busy schedule while in Munich, we were not able to try the breakfast buffet but ordered breakfast room service, which was delivered on time and cooked to our liking. Location is in a nice, quiet area especially for those seeking peaceful refuge from the hustle, bustle of a city centre location. Overall, this hotel remains top of mind for us in case we visit Munich again.😊"

"The staff were super helpful, always ready to help. The bar was great, the price was very good compared with breakfast. On the other hand, the air conditioner never worked, we changed rooms, same issues. The room had only one set of towels, which made me feel we were not expected, thankfully the front desk gave us the towels which we had to take it to the room. The staff made all the difference! I wish I remember their names."

"Lovely hotel with a great location. The staff was kind and friendly. My only complaint is the hotel room is pretty low on storage for big suitcases, let alone two people. Shower door took a big push to make sure it was secure and not cracked open. Nice option to receive a beer or water instead of room cleaning though."
