"I would very happily stay here again and will look out for their other locations. The only thing I found a bit strange was the apparent insistence that all conversations be in English, even between German speakers - I understand the benefit for many visitors but perhaps this should be better advertised."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and very understanding of my attempts at communicating in German. Breakfast was lush, really set us all up for the day. Alexanderplatz is a few minute walk away and has everything you'll need. Some great salad bowls in the Alexa food hall if you can't face any more large meals. If you're looking for snacks and some drinks for your room or adventures, avoid convenience stores and search out an Aldi, Lidl or other larger supermarket."

"Person at check in wasn't great....didn't even speak German, gave feedback the next day about that and a couple of other things and that member of staff went above and beyond! Breakfast situation was odd.....seems like the restaurant is a popular brunch spot so not so easy to book, service was extremely slow and somewhat sullen.....would not recommend the breakfast piece. Other than that the rooms are small but beautifully put together, great location for Berlin west."
