"I was attending the IPSA World Congress held at the Catholic University of Argentina. Hotel Chipre is about a 15 minute walk from campus as well as other points of interest such as the Plaza de Mayo, the Cathedral, and Casa Rosada. It is also right by plenty of markets for food and toiletries. The famous, historical Bar El Federal is down the block of the hotel for a nice night out. Other bars, restaurants, and cafe's are close as well. Mercado San Telmo is also a nice place to go shopping....

"Very nice antique style Hotel in the Palermo neighbourhood, a coffee bar at the front of the property with nice expresso coffee and small tasty snacks. 15 minutes walk to Puerto Madero entertainment district, 15 minutes walk to La Plaza Mafalda. Clean, comfortable, and close to many amenities in the Palermo area, small groceries markets in the around, and 1 block away from the local buses bus big bus stop.
