"When I made a reservation several days ahead, I requested a ground floor room because of bad knees. They put me in a second floor room. No other option available. The room does not have a refrigerator or microwave consequently the ice machine was routinely empty."

"Room was clean but for a room with three people they had 1 washcloth. We had to wait an extra 45 minutes after check in time to get into our room. Our TV/Sattelite did not work and the girl at the front desk came up and said she would call the company and get back to us. We never heard from her again."
