We stayed with our three small children and loved the property and roominess. Parking lot attached to property! This property is two streets from the beach and an easy 5 minute walk! "The door code didn’t work - had to get a new one from them. None of the TVs worked. The phone didn’t work. There was broken glass on the floor in the living room and Main bedroom that 4/10 of us got in our feet and bled everywhere, And they made several fraudulent charges to my card. The parking tags were expired so they clearly have terrible room service. Two of the beds had stained up bedding. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere nicer."

"Private beach access. One point to consider is there is no elevator, so ability to use stairways is a must. "

"Charged me for damages that didn’t occur while vacationing there. I will never book with Hosteva again or the Ocean Pier condos. Word of advice book with someone else if you don’t want to be charged extra fees and prior damages that were there before check in."
