"Booked a 4 night getaway for my boyfriend and I to have a relaxing stay in weekend. It was going to snow that weekend so it was going to be perfect to stay in, swim, bowl, get massages, etc. WRONG. The pool and all other amenities are separate from the hotel. Meaning we'd have to walk across the parking lot with wet hair from swimming outside through the snow and wind to get to and from our room. Same with all other amenities. Going up to the room the hallways are the most narrow hallways I've ever been in (think almost one way traffic) and the layout itself is very confusing, but that's just a side note. Got into the room. Smelled old, the curtains had many visible tears in them, and the bed had about a hand sized brown stain on it. We immediately went downstairs and let the staff know that we would not be staying. There was a little delay in our refund because we were marked as a "no show" so the Expedia team had to fight it that we did indeed show up, check in, then leave. But we did end up getting our money back and that's the only positive experience. Drove 7 hours for nothing. Complete waste of time."
