"We had a marvelous experience at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Food was excellent with plenty of options. There was ample parking space for our car. The view from the hotel was breathtaking. Amenities were exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay."

Entering the room there was an odour issue, this was alleviated after turning on the AC for an hour or so, the following day the AC was turned off by cleaning and the odour issue returned again. "No heater, no carpet or slippers for cold floors, no proper toiletries just soap, blanket with women's hair, uncleaned kettle, no wifi password given, other than being on prime location this is one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed as per the amount paid. The manager making excuses of no electricity during 2PM everyday on checkin time and asking guests to cancel so that they can rent rooms on higher price to other guests during peak crowd. This hotel should be 1 star nothing more."
