"Picked up the key, but only returned to the van after hours. Door did not lock at all and the bolt came out when the key was turned. Called the emergency number, only to be rudely told "What do you want me to do about it, I'm at work 30 min away". "Very Central Location. Clean. Old and dated. Was allocated a basement room below street level in front of the hotel so noise from the street (cars/people walking by). On the first night was disturbed around midnight by noisy guests having loud conversations which continued for more than an hour. May not have been an issue if we were on the upper floors. "
