B&B in Provence Verte

"The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The property is beautiful with the gardens and pool. The hotel interior is well designed and clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The town is beautiful and a joy to walk around."

"Hotel concierge Daniela was fabulous friendly and very helpful! She coordinated spa appt with really good tech. Daniela really made our hotel stay very comfortable and enjoyable. She was very sweet and spoke English. Hotel grounds are beautiful and historic portion next to hotel. Restaurant breakfast was fabulous delicious! Restaurant dinner was good however it was difficult understanding menu in French. We enjoyed the local Provence wines and loved this hotel!"

"The location is on a hill, away from traffic. The house is welcoming and completely remodeled. The swimming pool is heated, lounge chairs are comfortable, and a pergola is available if there is too much sun (see photo). The hosts are very friendly, and genuinely connecting to travelers. Continental breakfast is copious, and included melon de Cavaillon (the famous French version of Cantoloupe) and delicious home-made yogurt. This is wonderful place for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Provence area, not far from Aix en Provence and the famous "Montagne St victoire" painted many times by celebrity painter Cezanne. The south view is facing the Montagne Sainte Baume (see photo) . This is definitely a "repeat place" as is already the case from many prior visitors according to the host. "

"This was a small hotel located in the center of St. Maximin-la-Sainte Baume. The rooms are very clean and charming. The breakfast is fantastic and free parking lots are nearby. It is a 5 minute walk to the Church of Saint Mary Magdalene and about a 30-45 minute drive to the St Mary Magdalene Grotto. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and area. "

"This was a last-minute booking as a family member was admitted to hospital in Brignoles. The staff were so warm and friendly, and the hotel had all the amenities we needed. Food was very good, there's a nice courtyard seating area, and the pool looked wonderful. Rooms are very small but that's ok if you are out and about anyway. "

"We on purpose booked this hotel as they were offering double beds. We requested one room with a double bed while booking on Expedia. When we checked in no room were available with a double beds! That’s quite a shame it felt very uncomfortable to have to share a bed with someone you’re not really acquainted with. Very disappointed."
