"Quick and easy check in and out, friendly staff, great stay for the price. Thin walls/windows/doors so if loud people are around you will hear it. Overall clean room, bathroom, bedding, and towels. Hot water takes a while but it works."

"Hotel was very clean. Staff was very wonderful. Check-in was very easy. Rooms were really nice and beds for one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Nice safe area easy access to a lot of amenities."

"Clean and easy. The pool is more of a hot tub but no complaints. Nice gym with a water bottle refill station. Good matrices and turn down service cleaned well. The park structure was easy to get in and out. Always spots no matter how late we came in."

"It’s a great little motel for the money. It’s located in a very walkable area with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Parking is included. Home Boy industry baked goods and coffee are supplied for breakfast. It would be nice to have a couple other options such as fruit or yogurt, but overall, it’s a great place."

"Great staff everyone was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Great breakfast options included. Only complaint was the ceilings were a little thin def get a 4th floor if possible."

"The check in was not pleasant at all, with the staff laughing at me as the saw my struggle with my 2 young children, then bags and my grocery bag broke spilling my groceries all over the lobby floor. They laughed and not 1 of the 3 men at the front desk offered to help at all. Very disappointing. the rest of the stay and amenities were great."

"I would never stay here again. Extremely small room, just a bed with no room to walk around. The room smelled damp and musty. There was a broken down car and tons of trash behind our room. Zero amenities. Pay the extra dollars to stay at the Garland. This place is NOT a hotel!"

"This hotel was dilapidated and sketchy. Our room was musty, window sheers were literally shredded and tied up all over the place, gross old cobwebs outside on our windows and my daughter and I both woke up with swollen puffy eyes ostensibly from mold or allergens in the room or ac vents. We also chose the hotel partially for laundry facilities as we were attending a local horse show and assumed we would need them and when we asked were told they actually weren’t on site…they were at a sister...

"Breakfast was good. Staff were good. Rooms were clean. The automated doors that let guests in dont work. It's especially anxiety inducing when you want to get back to the hotel after dark, lets say after 10 pm, you have to knock on the doors, to get the security or front desk folks attention. They ask us to just use the access key but that doesn't work. When we told the front desk about it, they said, it does that sometimes."
