"The hotel has obviously been remodeled which is nice, but there's still room for improvement. Our bed was comfortable and our room was clean which was nice. The check in process was poor. I waited 20 minutes to check in while a party of 2 was checking in ahead of me. The computer wasn't working, the credit card machine wasn't working (so I had to give her my card to manually enter all my personal credit card info, which I did not appreciate), the printer wasn't working, and they had trouble bringing up reservations that were done on line. The company needs to invest in a new computer, printer, and credit card machine to manage these problems before we would book there again. "

"The breakfast was so good. Scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. The room eas nice and clean. The bathtub was amazing. It was the longest bathtub I have ever been in. I'm only 5 foot 1. I am still recovering from neck and shoulder surgery. I was able to soak my pain away."

"Our room was good sized and clean. Breakfast was good variety and well stocked. The hot tub was nice but the pool was freezing. They told us the heater hadn’t worked in awhile even though I called two days earlier to verify the pool was open and they didn’t mention the broken heater."
