Hotel murah di Providence

"There were big blood stains on the carpet and things in the room were not cleaned very well overall. The breakfast is supposed to be till 9:30 but most of it was cleaned up around 9:15. The young gentleman was very kind and professional when we checked in the but the lady that checked us out did not have the same level of professionalism. She did not seem surprised or concerned when I told her about the bloodstains (which I mentioned to them when we checked in as well, but I mentioned again to...

"There is an strong musty smell in the reception/breakfast area. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner. However, our room was really large, quiet and comfortable and the staff is really nice and friendly."

"What a shame. Staff was super nice and hotel had a free shuttle to SPAC so we booked it. Once we got into our room we knew why it was so cheap. Our bathroom was dirty and shower dripped so we asked to be moved. The next bathroom was worse, stained w mold and still dripping and the second bed that my son slept on had a massive dip in the mattress. Would NOT recommend unfortunately."

"Room was tidy. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean but had sticky floors. Lighting in bathroom was soooooo dark. Hotel has the odor of past smokers?? Staff were friendly. Parking is plentiful."

"We checked in a bit late and the over the phone assistance was excellent and the room was very clean. The only thing I will say is that it took a very long time for it to cool down in the room due to the air conditioner not working the best and the temp kept rising but it was very hot outside so it could have just been over worked. Other than that a very convenient spot in town for the price."

"I will start with saying Roseann who filled in at the front desk and also worked the restaurant area was absolutely wonderful, kind, welcoming, and efficient and really seemed to carry much of the operation on her back. I don't really know how to say this without being politically incorrect, especially because I believe in tact and sensitivity, but the two people working the front desk lacked the social cues and hospitality that was necessary to work the front desk at the hotel. "The property is newly renovated and beautiful. The staff at the front desk were super helpful and engaging. The bartender made the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. Great location for attending events at SPAC."
