Staff is nice and polite, but reception staff did not accommodate request for 1 hr extended checkout and offered 30 min room at the wrong time and enjoyed lecturing us. Royal West Indies Resort
Our family stayed here for spring break. It was perfect. Loved the location, the room was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. This was my second time staying at this resort and I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for a fabulous week!
