"The ladies at the front desk were always pleasant,and helpful. Always eager to make our stay comfortable. The walk to the beach takes only about 3 minutes, and they provided umbrellas and lounge chairs which is a plus. Our room was cleaned daily, and beds were comfortable."

"My recent stay at the Sands in Grace Bay left room for improvement and did not meet our expectation. The check-in process was disappointing. "Very beautiful kept grounds, helpful staff and our room was great.
However there could be some evening entertainment and a changing menu.
Was there a 5 days and for lunch/dinner the same menu to choose from.

"Great location, beach access with beach beds available. There's a café on sit, restaurant and a gift shop for last minute items if needed. The staff was amazing especially Michal B. I was able to text the hotel whenever I needed a taxi to and from. They answered promptly to my request. I highly recommend this hotel."
