Very spacious house in good neighborhood,with nice responsive staff/owner. Needed some minor improvements/maintenance items like loose & wobbly kitchen countertop, door hinges, misaligned cabinet drawers and doors. Great plunge pool, but water rather cold due to sun never hitting it. Overall good condition with good stuff.

Beautiful property. Angel was the best with the whole checking in and out process, he was also able to help my friends and I when our car battery went out. He is the best !

The house is beautiful and the staff is nice; if you dont like seeing the housekeeper and property manager popping up in and at the house unannounced every single day then this isn't the place for you; Master bedroom is huge and nice but was hot the entire week and the TV in the master bedroom was broken; I also didn't like that you have to pay a light bill upon checking out but other than those few things the house is amazing

You will be charged extra for electricity&cleaning

The property was not as expected. We were charged extra for cleaning and electricity, which was not mentioned before booking. The property was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, and we had issues with mosquitoes due to the AC not being turned on. The floor was dirty, and there were additional issues with management.
