"Comme à la maison… en mieux ! J’ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel à Villasimius. L’emplacement est parfait : à mi-chemin entre la plage et le centre-ville, dans un quartier calme, idéal pour se reposer. On peut rejoindre la plage en 15 minutes à pied ou en 5 minutes grâce à la navette. Mais ce qui a vraiment marqué mon séjour, c’est l’accueil d’Alberto. Son sens du service est exceptionnel. Je ne me suis pas senti comme dans une simple chambre d’hôtes ou un hôtel, mais plutôt comme chez un oncle...

Lots of history around. Excellent city vibe. Great dining options. 15 min from the closest beach. Very convenient if you are looking for a place to sleep and explore the island during the day. "Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno. 1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare. 2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero 3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra. 3) fa più freddo in casa che fuori...

"We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are really welcoming and friendly, it was particularly nice to meet Rodney who spoke perfect English and introduced us to some wonderful new drinks while we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located overlooking the beach and so as you fall asleep you can listen to the waves. It’s a perfect base for exploring some of the adjacent islands and trips to Porto Flavia. We had such a good time, we forgot to take shots of the room, but the best thing is the photos on the website are representative of the hotel. Go on… book it! "
