"This hotel was ok for a quick sleep before heading on the road but not nice overall. My fridge was broken, the food was awful at the restaurant/bar, the front desk staff were rude and dismissive (except one nice girl who worked past her shift to find me a working mini fridge to keep my medicine cool). I would never recommend this hotel for a multiple day stay."

"We were pleased with the room. We were told that the Tru brand is based on great prices with minimalist accommodations. There was no closet. They supplied a pole with hangers as well as hooks on the opposite wall. My wife was very pleased with the toilet height as well as the bed. She is however, five foot tall. The toilet height was a bit uncomfortable for me, being six foot 2 inches. The bed mattress completely compressed when I laid on it and the support structure beneath the mattress creaked...

They charged the full amount to the hold card without asking, even when we asked to switch it to a different card.
The key didn't open the pool gate.
The pool water was 100°.
Our pool umbrella was broken.
The pool towels were slightly larger than tea towels, stained, worn and rough.
The entire property feels very unsafe (even with the parking lot lights that light it up like the sun) and the adjoining room door was creepy.
