"Nadie controlo la entrada, nadie en recepción. Solo pusieron sábanas para dos y éramos tres. No nos identificaron. No estaba en dirección que pone la página. Había cucarachas. Colchón dado completamente de sí, etc. FATAL."

"Great communication from start to finish.
Amazing location.
Accurate listing.
Excellent value for money
One thing to note. The excellent location in a street with great bars and restaurants means it's a little noisy. It didn't bother me but something to consider when booking"

"We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located on the 11th floor, and the view from the balcony is absolutely amazing, with a beautiful view of Mount Ararat. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the location was very convenient. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were clear. The team was also very helpful and responsive throughout our stay.
We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!"

"The apartment was stunning, newly remodeled, and incredibly spacious. I loved how close it was to the Ketron area and how walkable the neighborhood was. The only downside was that the property lacked an elevator, but overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay!"
