"An amazing expereince with super friendly staff. They are a newer hotel but they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. First time where I felt that the whole staff were like my friends. I asked for a late check out from 12 to 2 which they gave me and then again they allowed me to move it from 2 to 3. Would definitely recommend staying. The interior is also very beautiful. "

"Good hotel lived up to the hype. We had an awesome Kabah view which is just unreal. Location is also good. We were on the 41st floor and had to wait for lifts sometimes but wasn’t as bad with some proper planning. The breakfast in the mornings was decent, but beware the crowds. It can get a bit raucous. I’m not sure how I feel about its proximity to Clock Tower mall. It can be a blessing for the access to the food courts , but can also be a nightmare to traverse with all the people. I would...

"I couldn’t fault the hotel — it was perfect. We travelled from Scotland on an overnight flight and arrived very early, around 9 a.m. Although check-in was at 3 p.m., the staff kindly allowed us to check in early so we could rest, which we really appreciated.
