"very nice service. having shuttle bus to airport, can do early check in, staff super friendly."

"Stayed several times now, always nice, easy to find, quick to get to from Jeddah airport, and on the main roads to the centre. Varied breakfast and helpful staff. Thank you!"

"Good."

"Price is reasonable but when you add the taxi charges from and to the airport, the total price gets higher. The bathroom is very tiny and one struggles with using commode."

"Hotel dan kamarnya sangat bersih dan rapi. Udaranya segar. Staf sangat membantu. Ada shuttle bus untuk ke Haram, tapi drop off point nya masih lumayan jauh. Sebenarnya kalau untuk sholat subuh atau isya enak berjalan kaki sambil menikmati suasana di Makkah. Kasur yg sangat empuk. Overall it's very very good."

"A special thanks to Muhammad for his outstanding customer service. His professionalism, warm hospitality, and attention to detail made a big difference during my stay—he truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect."

"Genial"

"I liked that the hotel was new so rooms and bathrooms were in good condition and modern. It’s a 10 mins walk to haraam but it’s a direct route"
