"Multi Grand pharaon is a very beautiful hotel. They have lots of p places. And a nice garden which surround it. Our room was big and clean, with a good bed. And a small fridge. We would have liked some more info on check in. As we weren't aware that the outdoor swimming pool wasn't working. ( It was 30 degrees hot) ? The indoor area with swimming pool and spa was big, clean, and with beautiful decorations. The gym looked good but did not try. Did not try breakfast either. We could definitely have spent a few more days there. Thing to do!! Visit Manukyan winery, It is very interesting. 5 min away by taxi 🍷🙏"

Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking up to the stunning view each morning felt like a dream. Breakfast was a highlight – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to please every taste. The hotel’s attention to detail, from the decor to the little touches in service, truly made a difference. What really stood out was the team. Every staff member we interacted with was attentive, kind, and always ready with a smile. They didn’t just meet expectations – they exceeded them in every way. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already planning our next visit. This hotel is a true gem and I couldn’t recommend it more highly."

"The place is nice, hosts are helpful, but there were some problems. We couldn't close the door of the room, there were no water sometimes. The bed and food were not perfect but ok. You can order food from menu for dinner, very tasty. Too many people on summer weekends at Sevan :)"
