"Simple and good hotel, enough for a stay but some points: shower head was weak power, the rain shower almost was not working. The bathroom sink was clogged. The balcony faces the neighbor roof and windows so there is no view. The breakfast was simple but I believe enough, a deuitsv Latter with juice , coffee/tea, bread and jam/ butter. The hotel is in a calm area of the city. For someone looking for a quiet place, it is good. Some restaurants around at a walking distance and close to the night...

"We stayed three nights. The room was basic, bathroom was decent except the toilet seat was barely hanging on. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was decent. It was a nice walkable area with many bars and restaurants around. The hotel was close enough to the night market, Phlu Si and many other restaurants. We had no complaints. They do have a great happy hour buy one beer Lao get one free. That was a bonus! "

"Rattana Guesthouse is centrally located in Luang Prabang, close to river bank, close to night food market and close to restaurants. There is public laundry three houses down from Rattana, although I did not use it. My room downstarirs was very good. Everything was working, good airconditioning in the room. Warm water for shower was also available. Staff was welcoming. They can call you shuttle bus for a shared ride to the train station. There are many shuttles buses available at the train...
